Getting here
From Metro Manila
Take NLEX northbound and exit at Bocaue or Sta. Maria, then follow the provincial road towards the park. Or go through Quezon City via Quirino Highway and San Jose del Monte. Allow 1½–2 hours outside rush hour.
From nearby Bulacan towns
From Sta. Maria, San Jose del Monte, Angat or Bocaue, follow the provincial road towards the park. Tricycles from the town proper can bring you to the gate.
By public transport
Take a bus or jeepney bound for the park's town, then a tricycle to the gate. Ask the driver for the memorial park.

On the grounds
- Keep to the paths; do not step on markers.
- Drive at walking speed inside the park and park only in marked areas.
- Candles must be attended and set in a holder.
- Plantings, fences and structures need the park's approval first.
- Pets on a leash, and please clean up after them.
- No alcohol, gambling or loud music on the grounds.
Accessibility
- Main paths are paved; lawn areas are level but grassy.
- Cars may drive close to most sections — ask the guard to let you through for a family member who cannot walk far.
- Wheelchairs can be borrowed at the office on request.
- Accessible toilets are beside the office.
