Who we are
Eterna Jardin de San Andres is the personal information controller for the details you give on this website. Questions about your data go to our Data Protection Officer through the park office.
What we collect, and why
- Inquiries and appointments: your name, email and/or mobile number, and your message — to answer you and to arrange the appointment.
- Service orders: your name, email, mobile, country and instructions — to carry out the order, send you photos and bill you.
- Tributes and candles: your name and message, shown on the memorial page after review; your email, which is never shown — to contact you about the tribute if needed.
- Searches: the names you search for are used to answer the search; we do not keep a profile of who searched.
We process these on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box on each form, and to take steps you ask for before a contract. You may withdraw consent at any time; it does not affect what was done before.
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- We do not show owners, next of kin or contact details in the public search.
- This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and loads nothing from third-party servers.
Who sees it
Only park staff who need it to help you, and service providers who host our systems under a written agreement to protect it. We disclose data to government only when the law requires.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to two years. Contracts, interment and payment records: as long as the law and the life of the park require.
Your rights
You have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to correct, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, and to damages — and to complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). To use them, write to our Data Protection Officer.
Security
The site is served only over an encrypted connection, and personal data is stored in access-controlled systems with a record of who changed what.
