Please note. Prices are in Philippine pesos, inclusive of VAT where applicable, and subject to change without notice. Availability changes daily; a lot is yours only when the contract is signed and the reservation paid. Perpetual care is included in the lot price. The park's DHSUD License to Sell number is shown on the About page.
