Plan ahead
A gift of peace for your family
Choosing a resting place now spares the people you love a hard decision later — and lets you pay a little at a time, at today's price.
Three steps
Choose
Look at the kinds of lots and the price guide, then visit with a counselor.
Reserve
A reservation holds the lot for you while the contract is prepared. Bring one valid ID.
Pay over time
Pay the downpayment, then monthly installments under the plan you chose. Your contract number is your reference for every payment.
Estimate your monthly installment
This uses the park’s own contract terms — the same computation the office uses — and saves nothing you type.

Questions families ask
Why buy before it is needed?
The price is fixed at today's rate, it can be paid over time, and your family is spared a hard decision on the hardest day.
What if I miss a payment?
Call the office early. Your contract sets out the grace period and what happens next, and we will explain your options before anything is forfeited.
Can I transfer the lot to someone else?
Yes, a lot can be transferred to a family member with the office's paperwork and a transfer fee.
Is my payment protected?
The park sells under a DHSUD License to Sell, as the law requires of every memorial park, and your contract states every term.
