Perpetual care
Cared for, for as long as the park stands
Part of every lot's price goes into a perpetual care fund. The fund's earnings — not the families — pay to keep the grounds beautiful, year after year.
What the park maintains
- Cutting, watering and feeding the lawn
- Trees, hedges and garden planting
- Roads, paths, drainage and lighting
- Security, gates and the perimeter fence
- Keeping lots level and markers aligned after settling
- Common areas: chapel, toilets, parking
What stays with the family
- Cleaning and polishing your own marker
- Flowers, candles and decorations you bring
- Repairs to a marker or structure you installed
- Repainting and upkeep of an estate's own fence or structure
Far away? We can do these for you.
How the fund works
The perpetual care fund is kept apart from the park’s operating money. Its principal is not spent; only its income pays for upkeep, so care continues after every lot is sold. There is no yearly maintenance fee for the lawn and grounds.
