Pay my account
Whichever way you pay, use your CONTRACT NUMBER as the reference. That is how your payment finds your account.
At the office
Cash, check or card, with an official receipt on the spot.
Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sundays and holidays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN
Bank deposit or transfer
Deposit to the park’s account at any branch, or transfer online. Write your contract number and full name on the slip or in the notes.
The account details are on your contract and your statement. Then send us a photo of the slip so we can post it the same day.
GCash or Maya
Pay to the park’s registered merchant account and put your contract number in the message.
Keep the reference number from the app until your receipt arrives.
Protect yourself. Pay only to accounts named on your contract or statement, or at the office. If anyone asks you to pay elsewhere, call the office first.
Request a statement of account
We send it to the email or mobile number on your contract, usually within one working day.
