Buying a lot from abroad
You can reserve and pay for a lot without flying home. A relative or trusted person in the Philippines signs the papers for you with a Special Power of Attorney (SPA).
- Have the SPA notarised where you live and authenticated (apostilled) or consularised at the Philippine embassy or consulate.
- Send your representative the SPA, a copy of your passport, and their own valid ID.
- Installments can be paid by international bank transfer; your contract number is the reference.
